Terms and Conditions of Entry : (Note: By completing the form you are accepting the terms and conditions of entry)

Entry to the Event is at the sole discretion of the Organisers
Participants will be responsible for the road-worthiness of their own cycle.
Participants to have appropriate insurance including accident cover.
All riders must be over 18.
I understand and accept that this event is not a race or trial of speed, but a personal challenge.
All riders are encouraged to wear approved cycling helmets for the duration of the event.
It is the riders responsibility to familiarise him/herself with the event itinerary, routes and food/water stops,
No accompanying vehicles are allowed to follow riders.
The use of triathlon handlebars is not allowed.
If for reasons of safety or the smooth running of the event you are requested to take a ride in the support vehicle, you must comply. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the tour.
Riders agree to adhere to group riding etiquette and not endanger there fellow participants.
Participants must seek medical advice if they are unsure about their fitness level or have any medical or health concern.
Riders must ensure that they are fit for the start of the tour each day.
Riders must obey the local traffic regulations and traffic officers.
Riders must not use a stereo headset or ipod whilst riding.
The tour will take place in all weather conditions. It may be re-routed or stopped for reasons of safety under extreme weather conditions that present an unacceptable hazard on the mountain roads.
I understand and agree that I participate in this event entirely at my own risk, that I must   rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards, and that I must ride in a manner which is safe to myself and others.
I agree that no liability whatsoever shall attach to the promoter, organisation, event  sponsor, in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me in or by reason of the event, unless such injury, loss or damage is proven to be caused by the negligence of the aforementioned.
I accept that if I do not abide by these terms and conditions that the organisers will make   all reasonable efforts to remove me from the event,
Riders must have appropriate travel insurance, to include accident and repatriation.

Refund Policy

The following schedule of refunds applies to all cancellations made by you:
16 weeks or more before the event: 75% of the full entry fee will be refunded
8-16 weeks before the event: 50% of the full entry fee will be refunded
